← FlowGenixPrivacyYour data, in plain language
Last updated: 7 July 2026 · applies to the FlowGenix app and the FlowGenix Bridge browser extension.
The short version
We store only what you deliberately save. We don't track you around the web, we don't sell or share your data, and there are no ads or analytics trackers. Everything you save, you can see, export, and delete.
What the app stores
When you use FlowGenix signed in, your account holds:
- Your account — email address and password (handled by Supabase, our database provider; we never see your password).
- Your roadmaps — your quiz answers and the roadmap built from them.
- Your projects — the notes, prompts, and roadmap links you add.
- Your memory — facts about yourself you explicitly chose to save, only after you gave consent on the Memory page. Export or delete them anytime, no questions asked.
- Your clips — text you highlighted and saved with the Bridge extension, plus the web address and page title it came from.
What the Bridge extension does — and doesn't do
- It only runs on a page when you click its icon. It does not watch pages in the background.
- It saves only the text you highlighted yourself (plus the page address and title, so you know where a clip came from). It never reads or collects anything else from the page.
- If you're signed in, clips go to your FlowGenix account. If you're not, they stay on your own device until you sign in.
- The "copy my memory" button only reads your own saved facts and puts them on your clipboard — nothing is sent anywhere.
- No tracking, no analytics, no ads, no third-party scripts. The extension talks only to FlowGenix's own database.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored with Supabase (our database provider) and protected so that only your account can read your rows— enforced at the database level, not just in the app. We don't sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
Your controls
- Delete any roadmap, project item, memory fact, or clip individually from your workspace.
- Export your memory as a file you own from the Memory page.
- "Delete all my memory" removes every memory fact permanently.
- Want your whole account gone? Email a.elbashirworkspace@gmail.com and we'll delete it.
